Tukui's Story
WE ARE A COLOMBIAN FAMILY DEDICATED TO PROMOTING COLOMBIAN CULTURE.
The name of our brand is Tukui, which means "hummingbird" in an indigenous language from the Amazon jungle. With this name, we seek to pay homage to the importance of the hummingbird in our territory, which hosts an impressive diversity of more than 220 species. For the peoples of Latin America, the hummingbird is a symbol of spirituality and magic, as well as playing a crucial role as a pollinator to maintain balance in various ecosystems throughout the American continent.

Our store offers a wide variety of illustrated products, created by the artist Laura Fletcher Briñez. Through her art, Laura recreates a variety of Colombian traditions, transmitting knowledge and highlighting the rich natural and cultural heritage that permeates our country, Colombia.
